Specialist Recruiter for Logistics & Transportation
In 2017, MetroPac Movers Inc., the logistics arm and a subsidiary of infrastructure conglomerate, Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, awarded to The VITO Group its biggest Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Project yet in terms of resource requirements that prompted it to diversify its business and created VITO Mobility, the Specialist Recruiters for Warehouse and Distribution, Transport, Cross Docking and Parcel Delivery.
VITO Mobility has successfully fulfilled the headcount requirement of MetroPac’s 500 Delivery Drivers and 500 Delivery Helpers in the span of 10 months. The Drivers and Helpers are assigned at various locations in the North and South Luzon areas particularly in Pangasinan, Bulacan, Rizal and Laguna.
With the success of this project, The VITO Mobility Team is replicating the recruitment model it has honed to other Warehouse, Transport and Parcel Delivery clients, strengthening its mark as the premier Recruitment Partner in hiring skilled workers, especially Professional Drivers.

Leighton Asia is a multi national construction company that delivers a portfolio of high profile infrastructure projects throughout Asia. Our Team was involved in the provision of 300 Skilled Construction Workers for its project with NLEX Corporation to construct the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Harbour Link Segment 10 – R10 Exit Ramp. The construction works included a 2.6 km dual, elevated tollway to link the existing NLEX segment 10 Road to the R10 Road and provided a continuation of Harbour Link as well as various ramps, roadworks and landscaping.
